Making an appointment for a PMO at VitaSana
Have you received an invitation for a PMO at VitaSana? It’s easy to book an appointment online through our website.Keep your reference code that you have received from your employer and your BSN (Burger Service Number) at hand. Due to the fact that we are a registered Health Organisation we are required to use your BSN number for documentation.
A PMO takes about 4 hours. Please take this into account in your agenda.

How does it work?
1. Making an appointment
Your employer sends you a personal invitation for the Periodical (Preventive) Medical Examination. You can then easily make an appointment through our website.
2. Online questionnaire
Prior to the examination, you will be asked to fill in information about your physical and psychosocial status, diet, exercise, sleeping pattern and lifestyle.
3. PME
Our medical team performs the medical examinations. We work efficiently and accurately using advanced modern equipment.
4. Results
Our physician personally discusses the results with you and provides customised advice.
